Hi I'm Nicola!

Having spent 30 years working in the public, private, and charitable sectors, alongside employers including the NHS and local councils, I have a deep understanding of many different areas of operations. From business administration to marketing, customer service, HR, leadership, and management, I really have dipped my toes into a little bit of everything!

When I became a parent to two children with the gift of dyslexic thinking and 'spikey profiles', I began to understand more about the challenges that are faced by those in the neurodivergent community. I founded Chapter Online as a way to use the skills and knowledge I’d gained in the business world. My aim is to provide expert support to tomorrow’s entrepreneurial superstars who may require an extra helping hand by implementing strategies that work for them.

My area of expertise at Chapter Online is business growth and development. I’m here to provide advice and guidance to businesses at all stages of their development, from initial planning through to implementation and growth. Whether you're just starting out or you're ready to take your business to the next level, my role is to help you achieve your goals.
