About Kate:

My name is Kate Brindley, and I'm here to support you on your journey to a better, more empowered life.

My Story: 

I embarked on this path after facing my own challenges with trauma and witnessing its effects on my two children, who have ADHD and Autism. Facing my own challenges with childhood trauma and its long-lasting effects on my mental health and family dynamics. As a mother of two children with ADHD and Autism, I have experienced the chaos and overwhelming pressures that can come from managing a neurodiverse household. These personal experiences have fueled my passion for helping others navigate similar challenges. These personal experiences of DA, divorce, and life as a single broken mum fuelled my passion for helping others navigate their unique journeys. I understand firsthand how trauma can disrupt both personal and professional life, and I am dedicated to supporting others in overcoming these hurdles.

Why I Do This:

I believe in taking control of life's challenges and turning them into opportunities for growth. Becoming a mentor was a natural step for me, inspired by my own journey and my desire to empower others. Through the Access to Work fund, I have seen how crucial support can be in transforming lives, and I am committed to providing the guidance needed to navigate these challenges effectively, especially for those trying to balance family chaos with professional aspirations.
