About Carla Smith 

Welcome to CR Smith Virtual PA. My name is Carla Smith, and I'm here to support you on your inspired journey. 

**My Story** 

I embarked on this path after facing my own challenges with family and friends. I was inspired to become a mentor or a support worker for Neurodiverse business owner clients and children when I became redundant just at the start of COVID and I have always wanted to run my own business. Which is where CR Smith Virtual PA was made and with all my experience and connections with others it’s been amazing helping others in so many ways from admin, finance, SM and organisation to VA coaching and so much more. 

**Why I Do This** 

Everyone should always believe they are capable of doing anything this is my WHY and why I love helping others achieve from small milestones to big milestones. I became self-employed as I know I can make a difference to people’s lives and my current clients lives too, it was also to spend more time with family and have that flexibility and freedom so I can celebrate milestones with them. My family are my world. I have over 3 years’ experience working with DWP and ATW clients. 

**What I Offer** 

• Life Support, VA services, Finance and Accounts support, Social Media Management, VA Coaching, masterclasses and power hours. 
• £40.00 per hour and 1:1 session if more than 1 session is booked, we can do packages so you can save money and it helps with accountability.

- Mental Health Adults and Children 

- Learning Disabilities Adults and SENCO 

- MCDST (Microsoft Desktop Support Technician 

- Business Administration level 3 Plus, so many more!
