About Zoe:

With a background in nursing, Zoe found immense joy in making a difference in people's lives. Her passion for helping others and quick thinking on her feet made her nursing journey truly fulfilling. However, her physical health took a hit, and she found herself in an abusive relationship, impacting her mental well-being.

Zoe's Transformation: 

After the relationship ended, Zoe made a life-changing move from England to Wales. She embarked on a journey of self-discovery and reflection, reevaluating her priorities. Though she explored roles in safeguarding and healthcare recruitment, something was missing—she yearned to make a meaningful impact once more.

Discovering Coaching:

Enter the world of coaching! Zoe stumbled upon coaching and the realm of virtual assistance, and it completely transformed her perspective. Engaging with real people, understanding their challenges, and collaboratively devising solutions reignited her passion. Zoe pursued qualifications in Life Coaching, NLP Practitioner, and Timeline Therapy.

Zoe thrives on helping neurodiverse individuals and those battling anxiety and overwhelm. Witnessing her clients undergo incredible transformations fills her with satisfaction and purpose.
